Teachers of ours, you gave to us, all of our ;lives to do as we please,
We owe everything we have to you, teachers-sweet teachers of ours.
Teachers of ours, when we were young,
You showed us the right way things had to be done
Without your love, where would we be teachers-sweet teachers of ours.
Teachers of ours you gave us happiness, much more than words can say,
We pray to the Lord that He may bless you every night and every day.
Teachers of ours, now we have grown, and we can walk straight, all on our own
We'd like to give to you what you gave to us, teachers-sweet teachers of ours
